ABOUT OUR PROPERTY
The Hungry Trout’s Adirondack Resort is a full service property offering two restaurants, a fly shop, and lastly, a hotel. Our Wilmington hotel and resort is just a mile from Whiteface Mountain. We are located on the catch and release section of the west branch of the Ausable River.

We offer stunning scenery together with peace and quiet and yet its just a few short minutes away from the hustle and bustle of our area’s activities.
