THE HUNGRY TROUT overlooks the Flume Falls section of the West Branch of the Ausable River. Reputed to be the finest dining in the North Country. Our restaurant offers fresh trout, venison, steaks and a host of dishes all prepared with a unique Adirondack flair. Houseguests will receive preferred window seating with views of the brightly lit waterfalls and mountain sunsets.
